Our expertise is drawn from strategic, operational, and technical experience
Braid combines fifteen years of senior operating experience with practical organizational design and AI transformation work. I’ve led teams and growth functions from inside complex organizations and now work alongside leaders to redesign how people, teams, and AI contribute together.

The opportunity
A commercial department within a global media company wanted to accelerate AI adoption across teams with very different roles, workflows, and levels of confidence.
Leaders wanted people to apply AI in ways that supported the department’s wider commercial priorities: improving the quality and speed of work, creating greater capacity, strengthening client and audience propositions, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
What Braid did
Braid began with a listening tour across the department, speaking with managers and team members to understand how work was done today and where AI could create capacity for more commercially valuable work
These insights informed an embedded enablement program combining:
shared learning sessions that built practical, transferable AI skills within the Google ecosystem
team-specific workshops focused on live workflows and commercial challenges
one-to-one support for leaders and specialist teams
the design of custom AI assistants, research tools, and repeatable workflows
ongoing feedback and iteration based on how people were using AI in practice
Rather than teaching AI as a separate subject, the program introduced it through the work people were already responsible for delivering.
The results
The department saw a substantial increase in AI adoption, moving to the forefront of AI usage across the wider organization.
Teams progressed from general experimentation to applying AI within recurring, commercially relevant workflows.

The opportunity
A global philanthropic foundation wanted to help its team use AI with greater confidence and purpose, while remaining thoughtful about the ethical questions the technology raised for a mission-driven organization.
Leaders wanted employees to understand where AI could improve their work, where human judgment needed to remain central to their mission, and how to navigate issues such as accuracy, bias, privacy, and environmental impact.
What Braid did
Braid designed a practical learning program around the organization’s real work and mission.
The program combined:
foundational learning on the Claude capabilities most relevant to the team’s work
facilitated discussion of the ethical and environmental implications of AI
practical frameworks for deciding when AI should assist, when additional safeguards were needed, and when work should remain human-led
exploration of role-specific opportunities for AI across the foundation
The results
Employees developed greater confidence in using AI while becoming more discerning about when and how to use it.
The program helped establish a shared language for discussing responsible AI across the organization and gave teams practical tools for balancing experimentation with judgment, accountability, and mission integrity.
What makes Braid successful
Top-down strategic design
We speak the language of the boardroom and C-Suite, making clear connections between high-order organizational transformations and your business strategy.
Bottom-up operational execution
We also speak the language of the office hallway, partnering with day-to-day teams to get into the details of how the transformed model comes to life through everyday work.
Technologically minded operators
We’re fluent in the capabilities of the AI marketing tech ecosystem. But our focus is on how to operationalize your existing tech investments, not sell you on new ones.
