Hi. I’m Cameron.

I spent fifteen years inside organizations, most recently as Chief Growth Officer of an integrated agency. Along the way, conversation around AI transformation had lost its ambition.

Speed. Efficiency. Automation. Scale. Those were the words attached to every AI conversation I sat in. Where's the talk of growth, creativity, new limits? Where are the people in this picture?

I kept seeing leaders pouring investment into machine capabilities, while overlooking their teams’ human capabilities.

That's why I founded Braid, from the belief that people are the greatest source of untapped potential within an organization in the AI era. 

To fully realize this human potential, I partner with leaders to weave People, Process, and Technology into an integrated Braided Organization.

My practice is human-first. I work within your teams to redesign organizations from the inside out, helping leaders navigate the operational, political, and skills-based tensions that really define whether a transformation succeeds.
